1. Wish trip planning was a little more flexible in app, but I leverage google maps for this task and then rely on this transit app for accurate schedule and pass purchases.All in all not an awful app, used other city's transit apps and this is one of the better ones.

2. 5 stars for sure :)The app is not very good, the Lake Street bus has not once been accurate in the past 6 months,it is always 12 minutes behind which is frustrating.

10. Best to buy 10 day pass to avoid uncomfortable situation with bus driverit convolutes the trips unnecessarily a lot, especially with regional buses.
