1. I haven't tried the seller side yet but I'm reluctant to try it if buyers can't save things for later.I get many notifications from the app about sales, a specific designer or "that bag you wanted", but when I click the notification it takes me to completely unrelated page.

2. The search results don't really show up, you have no way of knowing how many items they have in the results, and no way to intuitively browse through categories unless you "search" for specific items.

Not only is it useless to try and look at anything white bc they photograph against hyper-white backgrounds (like trying to find a pile of powdered sugar on a snow storm) but if you click on something to look at the details or BUY IT, the app takes you back to the top of the page when you go back.

4. Would be nice to get order or sales updates, but I'd rather not have to be spammed with all their ad promotions on my notification bar to get them.I used to love this site.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The RealReal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The RealReal - Buy+Sell Luxury app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The RealReal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The RealReal - Buy+Sell Luxury" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The RealReal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The RealReal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The RealReal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The RealReal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The RealReal not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The RealReal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The RealReal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The RealReal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
