1. I am surprised of the poor quality if this app! I am on Android and whenever I try to use the navigate option to navigate to a retailer it asks me to enable location permission for the app which is enabled and therefore the navigate feature doesn't work which is what I use the app for! Additionally the app and its interface and responsiveness is sub standard really and does not fit the brand at all!I wish there was a way to just scan the app or something while buying things in the mall instead of manually uploading receipts like thisThe app worked really well in navigating me to the stores, similar to what Google maps would've done.

Pass 4months since I wrote many email about my complaint until today, they are unable to solve the problem.. Only 1 Reply am getting still working on it.

3. Utterly pointless.Navigation doesn't work at allNot useful, not user friendly, not colourful, primitive and not matching the level of a luxury mall like DM.It is very clear showing all the event, offers, promotions and services available.

4. Especially now you can earn the emirates skywards miles just buy spending your money in shopping, restaurants and even cinemas!! It's worth it really 👍😍Updated review: Updates on the app have fixed the crashing issue.

5. Impossible to upload receipts to claim Skywards miles which is the main point of using the app, crashes every time.

6. It helps in moving around the mall, and the parking service especially when u loose your car... I really recommend this application.

7. It sounds like they don't have ID department or Guy to handle or he is not that capable to solve such issues...Badly managed app, lousy development and the maintenance quite ridiculous.

8. It just pointed out the store I needed to go and the landmarks around it and I had to make my way there using my best judgment, which is a bit crazy because my sense of direction is terrible and I get lost really easily.

1. Fix Dubai Mall Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dubai Mall: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dubai Mall App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dubai Mall" » Open Dubai Mall » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dubai Mall » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dubai Mall app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dubai Mall servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dubai Mall" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dubai Mall app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dubai Mall might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dubai Mall. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dubai Mall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dubai Mall not working

2. Fix Dubai Mall Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dubai Mall be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dubai Mall not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dubai Mall may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
