1. I am surprised of the poor quality if this app! I am on Android and whenever I try to use the navigate option to navigate to a retailer it asks me to enable location permission for the app which is enabled and therefore the navigate feature doesn't work which is what I use the app for! Additionally the app and its interface and responsiveness is sub standard really and does not fit the brand at all!I wish there was a way to just scan the app or something while buying things in the mall instead of manually uploading receipts like thisThe app worked really well in navigating me to the stores, similar to what Google maps would've done.

Pass 4months since I wrote many email about my complaint until today, they are unable to solve the problem.. Only 1 Reply am getting still working on it.
3. Utterly pointless.Navigation doesn't work at allNot useful, not user friendly, not colourful, primitive and not matching the level of a luxury mall like DM.It is very clear showing all the event, offers, promotions and services available.

5. Impossible to upload receipts to claim Skywards miles which is the main point of using the app, crashes every time.
6. It helps in moving around the mall, and the parking service especially when u loose your car... I really recommend this application.
7. It sounds like they don't have ID department or Guy to handle or he is not that capable to solve such issues...Badly managed app, lousy development and the maintenance quite ridiculous.
8. It just pointed out the store I needed to go and the landmarks around it and I had to make my way there using my best judgment, which is a bit crazy because my sense of direction is terrible and I get lost really easily.
