1. After 1 week the product has changed to 2 options in shipping of by Air and Ship and without any notice they change my order's shipping mode to by Ship hence I will receive the item after 40-50 days.The quality of your orders are great, but the delivery alone chai.

2. I can't give it 0 zero starsCustomer care is generally bad at KiKUU, but please, try to Fix Your App!!! Your website currently seems to have more functionality than your app; 1- My whole "Wishlist" is visible on your website unlike on your app (this option hasn't been there for a long time now), 2- Almost any item from said "Wishlist" can be added to the "Shopping Cart" more easily when using your website than when using your app, & 3- What happened to the option of "Add to Cart" alongside "Buy Now"? TRY TO FIX YOUR APP!!!Shopping on the app is great, thousands of products at amazing prices.

3. In one instance I order an item 3 pcs they delivered only 1 the it took 2 weeks to get refund.

4. good prices terrible delivery schedule update:it arrived at warehouse and I still haven't received my parcel.

5. Be warned!!!My order was supposed to reach me in 22 days, it 1 month 1 week now and I still haven't received.

6. For example if I search for OnePlus phones, only the screen protector and phone cases show up but if my curiosity push me to click on an item I get to see phones and items that don't show when I search for.

7. My item is 7 days over the expected delivery date and still no response.

8. During the time of order the product had one option of shipping by Air only.

9. They keep changing the date of delivery to a point you don't see it on track while the product is still not delivered.

10. I will leave a five ⭐ here in the future if most bugs 🐛 get fixes.Most product in stock are exactly as they describe especially if the selling company has a high review rating.

11. The order was brought to the destination warehouse and took about a week or two to transport it to my pick up station.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix KiKUU Issues

1. Fix KiKUU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart KiKUU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the KiKUU App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KiKUU" » Open KiKUU: Online Shopping Mall » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KiKUU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear KiKUU: Online Shopping Mall app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KiKUU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KiKUU: Online Shopping Mall" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check KiKUU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KiKUU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall KiKUU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KiKUU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KiKUU not working


2. Fix KiKUU Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KiKUU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KiKUU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KiKUU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I bought a ring from EKSFL size 8 but they sent me size 5.i applied for a refund and it was approved order 92576567886036.on 13-01-2024 I took the item to kikuu Livingstone office. When I check the status it's showing return and my refund has not yet been approved.time is running out and I don't know what to do.i made a follow up at kikuu Livingstone office and the agent told me that he did the needful.please help
