1. Ran by locals not some money hungry chain that rips customers offI love Mike's! Not only do they get my car clean but whatever it is that they are using but it stays clean even after it rains! Even if it does you got 24 hours after the wash to go get it re-cleaned after it rainsCan't turn on notifications.

2. Used to work just fine but now my credit card isn't getting credit toward a free wash nor am I able to upload the receipt as it says something went wrong when I try to upload.the reward program is nice.

1. Fix Mike's Carwash Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mike's Carwash Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mike's Carwash Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mike's Carwash Rewards" » Open Mike's Carwash Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mike's Carwash Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mike's Carwash Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mike's Carwash Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mike's Carwash Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mike's Carwash Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mike's Carwash Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mike's Carwash Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mike's Carwash Rewards then reinstall.
