1. Also they advertised a food reward but when I tried to add it to my order, it wasn't available at the location closest to me.Very frustrating I got a reward instantly when I got the app.

2. I just put my online order in, and I was surprised to see how many points I had! I also loved the fact I got points for my birthday so thank you!I haven't been able to order via the app the last three times.

3. WHY would food loyalty rewards EVER need to be tied to that??? They forced that to the point that I wasn't going to uninstall.

1. Fix Kneaders App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kneaders App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kneaders App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kneaders App" » Open Kneaders App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kneaders App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kneaders App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kneaders App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kneaders App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kneaders App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kneaders App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kneaders App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kneaders App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kneaders App not working
