Why should I report an Issue with Message Portal - Read all chat?

1. The idea is amazing! Unfortunately it's annoying notafcation doesn't always appear you have to enter the app and then redirect you to whatsapp way?? I don't even see an icon badge with unread messages inside it! It's not good for whatsapp and Instagram I don't know about the rest but that's my favorite 2 apps and to de honest I used it for 24 hours and didn't like it at all.

2. It needs a way to exclude a specific app of group of apps and doesn't interfere with it or fix it.Why does message portal just stop working? It will work perfectly for a while, then suddenly, no new messages received on the app.

3. Tried to uninstall and install it various times but didn't worked and now it's not blocking any kind of notification Please make changes in the app and try to make it work how it was working before.

4. Whenever I select all notification to delete them and scroll down, the delete button ui hides with scrolling and doesn't work.

5. Let me explain, It works perfectly for some time, after that it just stops working, I'm using this app from 3 years, every time this happens I have to uninstall and install it.

6. How can I go about getting this right on this phone as I am using a Sony also and notisave seems to be working fine on that phone but not this one yet all settings are the same on notisave.. Please advise.

9. The app just doesn't have anything and it doesn't show me any messages either.This app was making wonders till last 3 years.

1. Fix Message Portal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Message Portal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Message Portal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Message Portal" » Open Message Portal - Read all chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Message Portal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Message Portal - Read all chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Message Portal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Message Portal - Read all chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Message Portal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Message Portal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Message Portal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Message Portal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Message Portal not working

2. Fix Message Portal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Message Portal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Message Portal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Message Portal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
