Thank you 😊 please and please work on itI don't really know if im the only one having this bug but everytime i pass a link to my friends and they try to message me it always says * Failed send - Try it after 5 seconds* after those 5 seconds its still going and my friends can't send me message even my self its really annoying i hope you can fix this!Kubool web works pretty good, but tha App doesnt work at all, it displays the logo and then pops up the message that say to register or log in and then thats it....it displays an error page, you can't do anything ftom there...i uninstalled and reinstalled but its still the same thing....I use the Kubool through my browser tho, i juat hope you fix the app ASAP.Worst app ever... Av been trying to check my messages since yesterday but everything is blank, it's just saying connection problem with my data on.

U can now also send secret messages 2 your friends, how cool is that 😁😁I could've given this App 5 stars but the problem is it makes me angry,you log in very well after you come back to the app and get your messages it wouldn't want you to log in,it will still be asking your log in details and when you put in your details it will still say "can't username/password" please fix thisthis app is good, sure.

3. edit 3: turns out it's just extremely slow and works if i leave it open for long enough, but it's still inconvenient, please work on this.It works fine on most part but after getting a stack of messages, some recent pages aren't shown particularly 2-5.

4. please fix this as soon as possible, i need to archive it rn.This app is good actually, but the bad thing is after my friends and I installed this app some random messages came in.

5. I deleted d one I downloaded before and re-downloaded another one maybe that will solve the problem but it all the same...Kubool is one of the best apps when it comes ro anonymous messages for sure.

6. please do fix itSorry but I'm finding it very hard to log in and it's very annoying, everytime I try it will say username and password already exists, my brother tried for me too but still said the same thing please work on it cause it's really annoying, and I don't like it I feel like deleting.it but I won't so plz work on it cause it's annoying me right now.

7. edit: it started working again, letting me log in, but as soon as i got a notification for a new message and tried to open the app, it was back to the white screen again, and the website isn't loading.

8. edit 2: it opens now but clicking the new messages button doesn't do anything, it won't show me new messages.

9. The people behind this messages are using this app to send those kind of messages.

10. It's not just ordinary messages - it was all threats like (TW:) rape, deaths, suicide and more.

11. I can open the first page since it's displayed when I press the view message part but for the 2-5, I can't.

1. Fix Kubool Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kubool: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kubool App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kubool" » Open Kubool - Anonymous Messages & » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kubool » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kubool - Anonymous Messages & app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kubool servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kubool - Anonymous Messages & " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kubool app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kubool might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kubool. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kubool then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kubool not working

2. Fix Kubool Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kubool be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kubool not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kubool may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
