It has simply been loading for the last 10 minutes so even if I wanted to look through and possibly purchase more, I can't.As an I.T. person I liked the sample and preview ability of all the decks, though personally I'd have preferred some functionality to preview the cards of the whole deck to ensure all the cards "call to me or not".

2. Makes me never want to buy any other decks from this company again.I purchased a physical deck at a holistic show and would love to be able to access it via the app without having to pay for an additional deck.

3. Even if you did purchase the physical deck of cards you do not get a free digital copy.

4. Seems like a gimick to have to purchase the additional digital deck.It would be better if you could put some sort of code in with the hardcopy packs so we could download the digital version in the app instead of having to pay again.

6. The little piece of paper I got with my physical card set is what lead me here, which states FREE READING CARDS and then app in small letters.

7. I had already purchased a card set that I liked, the images don't do a good job of presenting the art and I couldn't access the full deck I already purchased here either.

8. There is an advertisement for the app inside the box for the physical deck, there should also be a QR code or something to add the purchase so you can access them in the app.

9. It was let down by not being able to register to download the digital version of your new purchase.I previously left a one star review which I'm gladly changing today.

10. If you have purchased a hard copy there should be a way to use the deck digitally for free, or for a very small fee.

11. There is no need to purchase 2 of the same decks be it digital or physical.

1. Restart Rockpool Oracle Reading Cards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rockpool Oracle Reading Cards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rockpool Oracle Reading Cards" » Open Rockpool Oracle Reading Cards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rockpool Oracle Reading Cards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rockpool Oracle Reading Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rockpool Oracle Reading Cards servers.
