Notisave Customer Insights

1. It consumes a lot of battery power, it doesn't detect or save all messages and it cannot save pictures it just said "Sent a photo." This could've been 5 stars if it's working properly.

2. But as day passes, it is still working but it doesn't save all notification! And now, it doesn't work! I hope you all can fix this issue! It's an better application, the application that i really need.

3. Thank you so much!If i could give zero star i would, it doesn't working anymore.. its been a week since i install this, it's working.

4. Edit: 2*>5* - upgraded phone and *crosses fingers* apps' been working splendidly on the new device.I'ts very buggy about the settings.

5. Just needs fixing.I would like to recommend the selection area to be improved.. since I'm using 2 accounts it's been difficult for me to delete each conversation because I will have to click or select each of the convo, It would be easier if you have a select and drag feature.

6. It cleans up all those notification icons that collect along the top of the screen and saves notifications in case you need to go back and review one.

7. But in the end, bruh! I just wasted a space in my storage!It was working all good and fine until last update.

8. Once I get a notification, its context menu doesn't work.

9. There's no permission I've denied and I've not turned on any feature which may cause apps to close every time I close the mobile.

10. EDIT: developer said to re-install the app , but it's the first time I've installed it (tried it about an hour ago), so no need to try again.

11. However, it doesn't always let you read a message that was accidentally deleted.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Notisave Issues

1. Fix Notisave Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Notisave: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Notisave App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notisave" » Open Notisave » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notisave » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Notisave app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notisave servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notisave" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Notisave app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notisave might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Notisave. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notisave then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notisave not working


2. Fix Notisave Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notisave be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notisave not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notisave may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I HAVE INSTALLED NOTISAVE APP IN MY ANDROID WHICH IS REDMI DEVICE AND CHATS ARE SHOWN AFTER DELETED FOR EVERY ONE BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE THE IMAGE OR JPEG FILE ONLY ICON IS SHOWN IN THE APP ,I NEED HELP FROM YOUR SIDE THAT I CAN VIEW ALL THE IMAGE WHICH ARE SAVED IN THE APP
    BUT ONLY PHOTO ICON IS SHOWING I HAVE TRIED ALL THE PERMISSION AND CRITERIA BUT TILL THEN ALSO I AM NOT ABLE TO VIEW THE PHOTO THEY ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME PLEASE HELP ME OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

  • Why videos and pictures in messenger it didn't show up only like a message like "sent a picture" like that but the pictures and video it didn't save they already deleted on messenger and they don't want to resend what they send ... Messenger pls fix this asap
