TEMPOE Customer Insights

1. I did call 2 hour wait and after 2 hours of listening to the call waiting music i was starting to get annoyed.App sucks, i have been a tempoe customer for years, i download the app, go to sign in and it says user account access unauthorized.. But im literally logged into my online account right now with the same username and password with no issues at all.. What a waste of time!Applied online and was redirected to an approval page saying congratulations, and then about 10 seconds later was redirected to a denial page saying to apply again in 30 days.... Don't even bother with this app, which actually isn't an app, it's just a link to a webpage...I absolutely love TEMPOE! It's been one of the greatest things we can ask for.

2. We've went from one end of our home to the other buying brand new everything that was needed now we are buying stuff that is luxury temples customer service is the bomb it is so great no matter what's going on they work with you if I could get 6 7 8 9 10 Stars I would give 12 LOL my point is I've never dealt with a better company I highly recommend TEMPOE! I would never go any other place for any reason for my experiHorrible, I have paid three times the amount for the tires and can't afford the buyout, so I am stuck now.will never use this company again.

3. Its a shame that they trick people like this.Great love the app I think negative reviews come from people not knowing what leasing actually is! Basically your paying to use the products you purchase and if you decide you want keep them you pay off the cash amount otherwise you'd be paying way over what it is worth! This basically for people who want something now and can come up with the full price sooner than later!Never received my computer.

4. And I don't recommend it..Hassle to get approved unless you have great credit score with the credit bureau they do their soft inquiry with.

5. They make it seem like you will have a certain amount of payments but in the end the lease renews itself every 6 months and it will continue to do so unless you pay off the balance.

6. Looks like they stole 2k from me and they're going to mess my credit up for item I never received.

7. I missed a day of work and waited outside the whole day just to receive a email saying I wasn't home.

8. Every payment ypu make is for interest and only a minuscule amount goes to principle.

9. The app has not worked at all the last 2 days.Great App.

10. UPS is refusing to deliver my item and this place is refusing to do anything about it.

11. Bought a computer and that's great.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TEMPOE Issues

1. Fix TEMPOE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TEMPOE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TEMPOE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TEMPOE" » Open TEMPOE » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TEMPOE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TEMPOE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TEMPOE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TEMPOE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TEMPOE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TEMPOE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TEMPOE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TEMPOE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TEMPOE not working


2. Fix TEMPOE Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TEMPOE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TEMPOE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TEMPOE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
