I've had 3 leases with them no issues what so ever!I've used acima several times but this is the first time I tried using the app, The app does not open up past log in..orange center icon just spins.

5. If you pay that credit before 3 months, they do not charge you interest, so for 3-month purchases it is perfect, otherwise, 12-month credit charges you almost double the initial credit, so I do not recommend it for these cases.

6. After 8 calls and almost 400 dollars in fees trying to use there service to purchase a product and get a declined payment after an hour of making a purchase.

7. The new update has ruined my experience with them and I can't use their service with that little amount of money.Don't deal with these thieves.

1. Fix Acima Leasing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Acima Leasing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Acima Leasing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Acima Leasing" » Open Acima Leasing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Acima Leasing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Acima Leasing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Acima Leasing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Acima Leasing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Acima Leasing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Acima Leasing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Acima Leasing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Acima Leasing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Acima Leasing not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Acima Leasing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
