1. Why would I pay almost double for the "within 2 hours" if they never make it out until the next day? Garbage service.I thought it was an app to work for people who need their tasks done as well.

2. Having to dispute the charges now with my credit card company.They put times "within 2 hours, 24 hours, or future date" I've used this app a few times.

3. Can me when more than 1000 people are using your app, and it's available in actual suburban areas.

4. PS, nobody in downtown New York needs their lawn mowed.They charged me automatically for lawn mowing in November.

5. Go with one of the other lawn apps as this just appears to be a failed enterprise.Terrible app.

1. Fix Tedious Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tedious: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tedious App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tedious" » Open Tedious: On-demand Lawn, Leaf, » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tedious » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tedious: On-demand Lawn, Leaf, app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tedious servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tedious: On-demand Lawn, Leaf," » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tedious app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tedious might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tedious. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tedious then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tedious not working

2. Fix Tedious Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tedious be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tedious not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tedious may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
