The only suggestions would be to maybe talk about things instead of messages as I kept having to pick my phone up to look and maybe give information even deeper into why the plane shakes or hits "bumps"I'm updating my review to 5 stars because my lost flight was reimbursed after I contacted the support.

3. Was worth it for my 12 hour flight from Lima to Paris though, which was very turbulent.I've been using the app for a while now and have bought several flights from the pro version but on my past flight it couldn't connect to my flight data.

4. The information provided during flight is cool, but not really that useful.Fun app! It's can be little difficult to find your flight to load your flight, especially when flying on Regional Jets (America Eagle).

5. It claims to use algorithms and calculations to tell you what is going on during the flight, but everything seems to only be on a schedule of when the plane SHOULD be doing certain things.

6. For people who are complaining about having to pay for a flight must not have bad anxiety...I'll pay the fee to feel at ease.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SkyGuru. Your inflight guide" » Open SkyGuru. Your inflight guide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SkyGuru. Your inflight guide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SkyGuru. Your inflight guide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SkyGuru. Your inflight guide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SkyGuru. Your inflight guide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SkyGuru. Your inflight guide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SkyGuru. Your inflight guide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SkyGuru. Your inflight guide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SkyGuru. Your inflight guide then reinstall.
