Why should I report an Issue with Eurowings - Fly your way?

1. With the Eurowings App you have your trip right in your pocket: Quickly and conveniently all important functions and information at a glance.

1. The flight ticket wasn't that cheap either.Very Bad!! When buying the basic fare ticket it is clearly indicated you are allowed one piece of hand luggage but at the airport you are denied boarding with a small backpack which counts as one personal item unless you pay an additional €50! An email before your flight confirms the allowance and likewise in the app the baggage allowance is stated but right before boarding you can suddenly not see the info.

2. After paying for extra luggage for My Mom, both her flights were delayed and a rude employee of Eurowings actually threatened to keep her out of the flight (only one of them, curiously) because he didn't accept the receipt that she had paid to check in luggage.

3. I would prefer to make this non-blocking, as I usually know the airport code and don't like waiting... Also, the separation between actual and expired boarding passes could be made clearer, and a feature for deleting multiple expired boarding passes would really help.

4. Biggest flaw is the boarding pass in the app itself, you can actually view previous boarding passes with the QR code which is incredibly confusing as it won't show a date and expired or used ones should be greyed out.

5. After that I still cannot see my flight info because of an "unauthorized request"; quite confusing indeed.you should be able to buy additional services and then check in.

6. Not impressed with the app at all.The "check in now" button usually leads to a new flight booking page.

7. Booking a flight is straightforward, although I don't fancy the feature of automatically blocking the airport search while looking for the nearest airport.

9. Book a ticket with Eurowings and be prepared to get cheated right before your departure!it has unreadable colours of light gray on white background when used on device with dark theme on.

10. it's strange that only after you check-in online that you can buy additional services, which requires you to check out...The app it's quite intuitive and easy to use.

1. Fix Eurowings Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eurowings: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eurowings App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eurowings" » Open Eurowings - Fly your way » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eurowings » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eurowings - Fly your way app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eurowings servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eurowings - Fly your way" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eurowings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eurowings might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eurowings. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eurowings then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eurowings not working

2. Fix Eurowings Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eurowings be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eurowings not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eurowings may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
