SOAR In-Flight Customer Insights

1. The turbulence monitor worked and I received a pre-flight turbulence forecast but, once airborne, the app said it couldn't find my phone (my location services were on and I had bought the in-flight wifi package) and real-time information would not be available! Customer support said to check my settings, then didn't reply again.

2. Asked for refund on the 9 remaining flights - told no refund! I will be pursuing.Unable to restore password, support email is unresponsive.

3. Spent $9 on three flights, can't use them due to being locked out of account with no way to reach support.

4. Will be challenging charges on my credit card as soon as possible.I've bought flights on this and it never authenticates, so I've never been able to use this app.

5. It said to write to support within the app and the email to the support address can't be delivered by Gmail.

6. Customer service not existent.not sure this is a legitimate appThis is my favorite app.

7. DON'T BUY THIS APP! I paid £15.99 for 10 flights.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SOAR In-Flight Issues

1. Fix SOAR In-Flight Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SOAR In-Flight: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SOAR In-Flight App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SOAR In-Flight" » Open SOAR In-Flight » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SOAR In-Flight » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SOAR In-Flight app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SOAR In-Flight servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SOAR In-Flight" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SOAR In-Flight app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SOAR In-Flight might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SOAR In-Flight. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SOAR In-Flight then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SOAR In-Flight not working


2. Fix SOAR In-Flight Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SOAR In-Flight be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SOAR In-Flight not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SOAR In-Flight may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
