1. This is ridiculous and confusing! They also have a track record of not sending out tickets that have been purchased, meaning you miss your booking and have to battle for a refund! Poor place to book, get your tickets directly from whichever attraction you are visiting.Horrible experience.

2. Not useful for an app that's supposed to save you time.Get Your Guide makes it very easy to plan and organize activities for your vacation.

3. Overall, great service!Great app! Amazing variety of activities all in one place! It really pays off to book through the app, I saved a lot of money during my trip.

Additionally, notifications of cancelled activities ( by the organizer) should be more prominent and you have to fix/connect booking experience - so many activities where shown as available but after booking, it got cancelled by organizer as they actually werent availabiltiyWorst experience ever.

5. You could tell some of them were only there because they were being paid to be & at times it felt like we were being rushed while they mumbled their way through our tour.This app is amazing! My wife and I are hooked on doing tours whoever we vacation.

7. They do not apply discounts at the time of your reservations for things such as military, senior, college student, or child discount, (sometimes), etc.

8. The only suggestion I would make is working on getting tour guides that are more engaged with presenting & speak more fluent English (for English tours).

9. Zero communication with the local company for the excursion and the app assistant couldn't contact them.Prices differ when you actually go to book.

10. Further, when trying to book a sale price was shown to me and is shown all the way to the page where I actually pay, where the sale price is removed and full price is charged.

1. Fix GetYourGuide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GetYourGuide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GetYourGuide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GetYourGuide" » Open GetYourGuide: Travel & Tickets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GetYourGuide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GetYourGuide: Travel & Tickets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GetYourGuide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GetYourGuide: Travel & Tickets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GetYourGuide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GetYourGuide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GetYourGuide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GetYourGuide then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GetYourGuide not working

2. Fix GetYourGuide Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GetYourGuide be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GetYourGuide not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
