1. Other apps by Andrew Johnson or Glenn Harrold have either free versions or paid ones with no sneakiness.I love this series they are great to sleep too.
2. Just wish they would offer a bundle some of the apps paid versionsNeed more MORE motivation for seniors (ages 60+) to get up an exercise!!! ( and with limited fixed incomes FREE or at LOWEST COST possible!!)Good motivation app, bit Laggy.
3. Will contact Attorney General if necessary.Love these apps...the sleep one I have the free version of and 9 times out of 10 I am asleep before the instructions end and sleep all night.
4. I'd love an option of delay timer with a 1, 5 minute or longer timer with gentle music until the speaking begins.I think it's sneaky to put no price on your apps and then have incredibly reduced functionality.
5. also I haven't seen any updates pushed to this app, there should be some monthly or quarterly updates and saying something different because it does become a little boring when you are listening to same audio again and again for several weeks or monthsI have used many different hypnotherapy apps for years now & this app is right up there with the best of them.
6. You turn it on when you're about to go to sleep, then you adjust the volume and setting ( I like the babbling brook for my background noise ) then you listen to a half hour of motivational speech and breathing exercises.
7. I am more productive the following day after I use this app to get to sleep.if I go more than three nights without using the app to fall asleep to, I become lethargic.Buyer beware: 5/15/20.
8. There is no option to skip the initial promo, no option to switch to sleep and no option to use the "hypnosis booster ".
9. I would love an app that is a little more specific for combat sports, strength & Conditioning & for sports related focused, controlled aggression as I have not seen anything like it anywhere.Good but needs a tweak.
10. Paid for the hypnosis 'Exercise app and have been unable to access it for the past year- I'm basically ignored when I ask for assistance in th his matter.
11. Try different one's, there great!It helps me get to sleep when I am too stressed.
