1. Find a free hypnosis recording on YouTube and save yourself the 4 bucks for this useless app.Works very well, having varied experiences with it though sometimes it sends me to sleep within about15 minutes, other times I've listened to the entire script.
2. And I would, I wouldn't do until I was satisfied with the basic features, so it showed there would be a benefit to throwing funds awayI think that this app actually made my anxiety worse.
3. Although it said the app was free, once you try it, you discover many features are not available until you upgrade to a paid version, never mentioned on the download page.
4. I used it for about 3 weeks, at first it seemed to be working, but then my anxiety got worse, I would listen to the app but it stopped working.

6. I have stopped using this app and have switched to mindfulness and acceptance of the feelings which seems to help.I have used this app for years.

8. This made such a difference! I dread the sound of wind now after being through two tornadoes and derecho winds within the last few years.
9. This seems to make me want to try to remove bad feelings but this is not possible and causes me more anxiety.
10. And, when I feel grumpy about listening, I remind myself that 30 minutes of the *same thing* is tons, tons better than feeling anxious for hours.
11. I only need a refresher now, anyhow - maybe a time or two a week.So so so so helpful, I can meditate for the first time after years of trying.
