Work so you are wasting your data I am serious it wasted my data to so I don't want that people are wasting their own data as well their time but it your choice to waste your or save your data bye byeI give it a 5 star rating because it has the pip collage edit .. But i gave it a 3 because in the advertisement it showd changing color of hair and adding makeup which isn't at all whats in this app dont fall for the add it isnt what it says it is!!In every 10 second 2 much advertisement so badly affected in mind of users, no intresting features no .

Hair changing features it's 2bad application, worst application, I recommend u don't download this app,This app keeps stopping,ever since I installed it, it's been frustrating.i have never made use of it,I just left it to see if it would work one day,but it is really annoying me I am uninstalling this app straight up.Worst game ever.

Shuts down as soon as the app is openedThis app is ridiculous we can't even change the posters because are face doesn't fix in it yes this is true but I didn't wind a way to fix my hais and makeup we can only change our glasses plz don't download this app and I have a specific reason and the specific reason is that if this app don't.

4. I expected that it would have materials to change hair colour, eye colour etc.Disappointed - there was an ad for this app on Facebook where it shows many more stickers like makeup, eyebrows etc.

5. Don't waste your time with this appIt is a very bad app .No one can change the beauty of a photo with makeup materials because there are no makeup materials in the app to get a better picture than the real one.

6. Until it does what you put in the add.TERRIBLE I thought we were gonna customize random pictures of people lol XD besides that, It wont let me do anything, I clicked deny after that mistake and it froze for a while, and then wouldn't let me do anything but scroll around places.

3. Clear Photo Editor -All Picture Art app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Editor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Editor -All Picture Art" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Editor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Editor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Editor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Editor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Editor not working
