Why should I report an Issue with Splashy: Automatic Wallpapers?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Firefly agency to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. And it does not have the li k to go back to the previous randomized image to set that as wallpaper.. Needs a lot of improvements.It would be great if it can share a few facts about the photos, if only it had the setting to personalize the size of the wallpaper according to our screen resolution... Anyways great app beautiful wallpaper high quality.. and small in size icing on the cakeNew wallpapers don't stick.

Edit: after rebooting twice it now seems to work OK.As shown in the second screenshot, there is an option to Change wallpapers on with a option box(lockscreen and homescreen) but i am unable to find that option in my app settings.... I use your desktop application too.. Make it more customizable..Would have given a 5-star rating if most content wasn't "premium only", I understand that making the app polished makes it ad-free regularly, but at least allow us 2 categories instead of 1, because some people just want a different type of content.

3. And if the app can set home screen and lock screen wallpaper separately, that would be great!The app stretches images and it lacks a lot of things like we cannot adjust the portion of image which we like to set up as wallpaper.

4. It lags a lot, automatically closes and returns to old wallpaper I just scrolled past a few minutes ago.Splashy really gives you a carefree experience, it makes everything easy and does the work for you.

5. On Android 12 at least, the app switches the wallpaper upon selection but just a few minutes later, the wallpaper and lock screen revert back to Android defaults.

6. When my girlfriend sent it to me and at first I was a bit puzzled, but when I opened it and I was amazed by the quality and the beauty! It also has other great features, but the moment you open this app you see that someone has put a lot of effort into developing it and making it very user-friendly.

1. Fix Splashy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Splashy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Splashy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Splashy" » Open Splashy: Automatic Wallpapers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Splashy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Splashy: Automatic Wallpapers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Splashy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Splashy: Automatic Wallpapers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Splashy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Splashy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Splashy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Splashy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Splashy not working

2. Fix Splashy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Splashy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Splashy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Splashy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
