1. I should have listened to the other reviews.So easy and honestly fun to learn through Smartly! I especially love how they put me in the driver seat of asking my queries thoroughly and professional answered all of my queries in a very professional manner.After login using Facebook, I was filling information of my account.When I edit address field, it keeps refreshing the page after I select location.

2. Each time I've been asked to use it for local Denver startup fucntions it's been a pain, and quite often I've run into walls that have stopped my progress entirely and I can't achieve what I needed (this time, it wouldn't let me complete my profile, but it also wouldn't let me intereact with my co-working space without completing my profile).Profile settings now finally save.

3. How do I managed to fill the information when it clears all of my input after select location of city?App won't let me register because the city field won't fill in with the field I clicked on... I am totally unable to use the app.Can't even get pass the login without receiving an error whenever I put my location down.

4. Please test App before release.It is very simple and easy, but also very fun and enjoyable! It's nice to talk to people on the chats, and making your own query and get it answered by a Professional it feels awesome.Can't sign up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Startup Space Issues

1. Fix Startup Space Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Startup Space: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Startup Space App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Startup Space" » Open Startup Space » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Startup Space » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Startup Space app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Startup Space servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Startup Space" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Startup Space app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Startup Space might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Startup Space. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Startup Space then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Startup Space not working


2. Fix Startup Space Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Startup Space be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Startup Space not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Startup Space may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
