1. Also why does it need to block all rooted phones? A warning would be fine, ppl know the risks of rooting, no need to outright block them from accessing their money.Push tan app is not too bad and secure but the actual banking app must be the worst out there.

2. Who is the idiot who thought that having two separate, complex apps for making the same thing would have been a good idea? Now I just changed the telephone and can not configure the app to work, so I'm cut out from all possible online operations.

3. Does your qr reader work? I have no idea, it snapshots immediately when i target any text on a paper, or if a tiny bit of the qr code gets inside of the frame.

1. Fix S-pushTAN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart S-pushTAN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the S-pushTAN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "S-pushTAN" » Open S-pushTAN - sichere Freigaben » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for S-pushTAN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear S-pushTAN - sichere Freigaben app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from S-pushTAN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "S-pushTAN - sichere Freigaben" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check S-pushTAN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, S-pushTAN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall S-pushTAN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall S-pushTAN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing S-pushTAN not working

2. Fix S-pushTAN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make S-pushTAN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to S-pushTAN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, S-pushTAN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
