1. Just when it comes to inputing the code it takes me to the very beginning...it is complete nonsense!!!! Rubbish!!! Its sad i have never enjoyed any of ur apps! Arrant nonsense!!!! I wish there was a zero starThis app displays an error message when i try to do almost any thing... There was an error processing the requrs or an error occured.. This is so annoying!! I can only withdraw from atms with the card i got! And again i cant recieve money from a wema bank accountI've not been able to log in since I downloaded the app.

2. I have uninstalled this scam from my phone.This app is something else, annoying and frustrating.At first I transferred money to my account then I had to unlinked my account from my device to help someone transfer money, since then I have not been able to link my own account back.

3. Lost a lot of cash with this😭😭.Very poor app, no continuation after typing password and confirming password and it automatically registered me when i re-login and it was telling me i av no profile.

4. Someone sent me some money and I've not been able to access the app or the money.

5. Each time I try is always telling me customer profile deactivate and when I try to register again is will tell me the same thing.

6. Please you people should work on this app.Its been the worst banking experience ever! I wouldn't advice a soul to invest in this.

7. I transfer money to someone and it won't deliver neither was it refunded.

8. Once you make a transfer, there is a high probability that the reciever won't get the money and there won't be a reversal either.

1. Fix Stanbic IBTC @Ease Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stanbic IBTC @Ease: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stanbic IBTC @Ease App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stanbic IBTC @Ease" » Open Stanbic IBTC @Ease » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stanbic IBTC @Ease » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stanbic IBTC @Ease app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stanbic IBTC @Ease servers.
