1. I don't want to tell you where i am all the time.Been using the link for the longest time,doesn't work anymore,apparently its temporarily down so I downloaded the app,sign in and it says its sent a code to my email,I verify the code then jt says this device is already registered and takes me back to the sign in page.basically can't sign into the app,can't use the link ..can't access my online banking .not happy at all .I would give it 4 stars but since the latest update it keeps demanding I should turn on location, with no apparent way to turn that message off.

What's annoying is that it's supposed to save time but you eventually have to give up and go to the branch, where you might wait another hour and a half (unplanned for) just to be assistedNothing works anymore! I can't even add a beneficiary without it constantly throwing out errors, and IF I can get through to add one, if I try to pay them then it keeps throwing out technical error please try later... I've been trying for more than 7 hours now and nothing.
3. It was really troublesome, I broke my phone and couldn't order a new one because I didn't have access to my phone to use a virtual cardThe app was fantastic for me until there was an upgrade to the system.
4. However balance on the home page doesn't update after transaction which makes you think it didn't go through.
5. First I couldn't transfer from my credit card to any of my accounts now after updating the app my credit card balances are completely missing let alone transfering.
6. On the system requirements indicated on this app info, it says Android version 5 and over is compatible.
7. I clearly replied to say it was not resolved What an embarrassment for a bank that presents itself as a premium bank...This App has really been going one step forward and two steps back.
8. I reported the issue but the support ticket got closed because I supposedly did not respond within the set time.
9. The pay feature asks you to add a relevant transactional account (if I'm using the app, I have an account).
10. Used the be able to transact using the app but now the buy icon and pay button on the account lead to blank screens.
11. Which makes no sense, because I still need virtual cards when I'm shopping on my laptop.
