2. Why?I really like this app, but it would be nice not to have pop up adds and it would also be nice to be able to have the option to see all of your emails at once if you have more than one email account so you dont need to switch between them all the time.

4. Just tried reading 3 emails: 2 triggered noisy ads which had no 'close' option - 'back' button was disabled, ad played for 10-20 secs, but when ended still no 'x' & 'back' button still didn't work! Stuck!! Had to use Settings/Apps to force close the app.

Deeply unimpressed.I am generally satisfied with this app, but I often have to sit and watch one of those annoying ads that always pop up when I go to open an email and the only option I have to close the ad afterwards is to close the app entirely and then open it again as there is no other way to get rid of the ad I just watched.

1. Fix Email Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Email: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Email App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Email" » Open Email - Outlook Mail - Hotmail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Email » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Email - Outlook Mail - Hotmail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Email servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Email - Outlook Mail - Hotmail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Email app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Email might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Email. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Email then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Email not working

2. Fix Email Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Email be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Email not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Email may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
