I don't normally leave bad reviews but this has been going on for months now and it is really irritating when I'm waiting for an important email and it takes forever to load if I'm lucky and it actually lets me sign in, load my messages, and open them.This app has been wonderful for quite a few years now, but for the last few weeks, things have been terrible.

2. It's been acting up for over a month, and no new answers.Like others rating this app, it used to work great, but I feel I should raise my voice to join the crowd asking "What happened?" Specifically, my university email address no longer works on this app, which has left me scrambling for a replacement.

1. Fix myMail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart myMail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the myMail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myMail" » Open myMail: for Outlook & Yahoo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myMail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myMail: for Outlook & Yahoo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myMail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myMail: for Outlook & Yahoo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myMail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myMail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myMail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myMail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myMail not working

2. Fix myMail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myMail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myMail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myMail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
