Only dislike is the new layout with the folder button in the lower left corner of the screen rather than the standard swipe from left that has been there for ages and is still there for all other apps making the new Yahoo app a bit different but not in a very positive way.I have recommended this app to many friends.

7. I just wish you could change the notification ringtone to be different from text messages....More complicated then it should be! I have attempted, failed, repeated these steps repeatedly.

8. Its a great way to organize all your email addresses in one app! My only gripe; is it will occasionally forget one of my older accounts.

9. Did I mention that I am computer literate, pay close attention to detail, and I am technologically advanced (If IDK, then I figure/find out).

1. Fix Email Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Email: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Email App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Email" » Open Email for Yahoo Mail, Outlook & More » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Email » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Email for Yahoo Mail, Outlook & More app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Email servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Email for Yahoo Mail, Outlook & More" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Email app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Email might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Email. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Email then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Email not working

2. Fix Email Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Email be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Email not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Email may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
