1. I don't know what happened but after the first spate of "impossibile connettersi " I hung in there and sure enough, after a month or so of using access via the web site, the app started working again! YAY!!! Now it doesn't work anymore and I'm migrating everything to Proton Mail.

1. Fix Libero Mail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Libero Mail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Libero Mail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Libero Mail" » Open Libero Mail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Libero Mail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Libero Mail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Libero Mail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Libero Mail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Libero Mail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Libero Mail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Libero Mail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Libero Mail then reinstall.
