Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HB Mail Issues
1. Fix HB Mail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart HB Mail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the HB Mail App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HB Mail" » Open HB Mail for Outlook, Hotmail » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HB Mail » click "UPDATE".
- Clear HB Mail for Outlook, Hotmail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HB Mail servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HB Mail for Outlook, Hotmail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check HB Mail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HB Mail might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall HB Mail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HB Mail then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HB Mail not working
2. Fix HB Mail Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HB Mail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HB Mail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HB Mail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Last year, I subscribed to your service for a period of two months. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription after those initial two months, and as a result, I was recently billed again through my Microsoft account (tuji86@redacted). Upon realizing the unintended subscription renewal, I immediately canceled my EasyMail subscription to prevent any further charges. However, I would like to request a refund for the annual subscription fee that was deducted from my account.
