1. The opening screen just sits there.This is a great help when shopping in store! I use the scanner option to see what is covered on my card so there are no big surprises at check out and I love it :) it's a huge improvement from last year and is greatly appreciated! I understand it's a new program and there are probably still bugs to work out, but KUDOS to you! this new card is very simple and easy to use and has that SCANNER! BEAUTIFUL! :) Thank you again...I couldn't find a lot of over-the-counter items I needed.
2. Then, when I got everything in my basket and tried to check out, I tried several times, but it still didn't work!! And, I lost my $205.00 benefits because of the expiration after 12:00am!! I'm totally frustrated how the system works!! UHC SHOULD CARRY OVER the POSITIVE BALANCES!! I had better get it BACK on my card before I have a nervous breakdown!! This app is nowhere near useful.!!I was, of course, grateful for this benefit; now I'm angry and frustrated.
3. The only way I can get in is by changing my password every time And logging in again! I have reinstalled, tried to change permissions, nothing work.
4. Every time, I get a notice either that an item is unavailable, or there's a price change; ok but, they don't let you know WHICH item! I've tried removing, then reordering, nope ... end up having to call and give my order item number by item number.
5. Of course this put me 2 months behind which I had NEVER been.Even with latest update u/p is being removed while using password services such as Google password, bitwarden and LastPass.
6. People want Gov't and universal health care?App won't let me use my fingerprint, or my password! Then it tells me the session has expired.
7. I lost $240 in 2 months, trying to pay my power bill but the power company never received it and the money was lost.
8. Total PITA! If I save a screenshot of the barcode, why does that work better then if they scan the barcode in the app? Your people aren't trained properly.
9. Since the first of the year, when we were able, supposedly, to pay our power bill with this program, it's been a disaster.
10. Now months later when I log in on the mobile app, most of the time it does not move forward to the next page.
11. Edit: I've even tried typing it in directly, still gets erased.

It won't let me add a new card using my email so it needs deleted so I can use my email for my new card
