1. Bnft will send notifications for card status changes, deposit notifications, expected deposit dates, low balance or expiring benefits, and when your PIN is locked due to consecutive incorrect attempts.

2. For WIC cardholders, Bnft allows you to scan a food item to determine not only is the item a WIC approved product, it will tell you if you have benefits to purchase the product.

My babymama and I have both had issues with other SNAP apps but have both stuck with BNFT for years bc it is reliable, quick, accurate, and works flawlessly every time for us.thankfully it actually works now! before it would only work with wi-fi...very convenient..just wish they would have a picture by each item to make it easier when going in the store vs looking for a number on the productSimple, easy to use interface .

2. It is also easier to keep up with expiration dates also you can buy what you need an them come back for more instead of having to use the whole coupon at once.Great! For anyone whos complaining about registering & entering your DOB; all you have to do is tapon the year in the top left corner of the calendar & you can scroll through the years instead of the months to get to your DOB year.

3. I don't know what people mean by scanning for eligible items or quantities bc my state doesn't have the strict SNAP rules like other states.

It has been of great help.I've had this app for over a year, and it still glitches and acts like it doesn't know my password and I have to reset it everytime I try to look at my acct.. also the list of foods on app are not descriptive and hard to find something specific that counts as wic as a whole.

5. I've been apart of the Wic program for the last 5 years and I've NEVER had thus problem before.Works great for my state SNAP program and I have had no problems at all with BNFT.

6. but huge part to be efficient in utilizing the app is to know: WHAT items are approved and if certain "quantities" aren't avail.

7. Try to make it so you are allowed to enter the date instead of actually having to scroll back 20+ years, by month.

8. It would be much better if it would tell you which items are WIC approved and not just list the quantity remaining.

9. But in Montana and Idaho (where my kids live) the SNAP cards seem to work best with this app.

1. Fix Bnft Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bnft: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bnft App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bnft" » Open Bnft » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bnft » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bnft app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bnft servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bnft" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bnft app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bnft might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bnft. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bnft then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bnft not working

2. Fix Bnft Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bnft be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bnft not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bnft may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
