The only thing I would change is the option for "count down to competition" need to be added.Its pretty basic but that makes it easy to use.. being about to click on food you ate so it would both track the food you ate AND the portion you ate would be a great feature but for a $1.29 app its pretty good ... plus no ads is a great bonusKeeps me on track with my 21 day fix! Highly recommend!Love it! Allows you to set your own container increments, number of meals, etc.

I'd reccomended to the developer to create a comparison chart for before and after multiple cycles to make it easy to see long term progress.Super easy to use and exactly what I was looking for!Exactly what I was looking for! Love that i can track to containers I'm using in a very user friendly way.
3. Other than that this app is perfect!Worth the $1 for sure! Still could be better in a few ways, for example: Storing meals and their container count so you can quickly reenter the same meal.
4. Instead you have to manually enter the number of containers each meal, even if you eat the same thing.Good for tracking containers.

9. I'm having issues with some of the extra features, for example the app crashes when I try to implement daily reminders.
10. I also wish I could see the amount I have left in my containers when I'm on the page adding what I ate.
11. For example I am currently doing the morning meltdown program and this is not an option.
