1. I'd definitely recommend it (especially if you stay at hotels a lot, you get access to great deals and 10% cash back for bookings).The Super travel experience is similar to using a vending machine in a stadium during a sports event, if everything works the way it should it's the cheapest quickest option but if anything goes wrong don't expect any kind of customer service and be ready to contact your bank or credit card company for any type of resolution.

2. Booking was easy and fast, but for some reason, I decided to look into the reviews and although I read some good ones as with everything else there are always bad reviews so I became concerned that the bad reviews will happen to me but it didn't took a few days for the booking to pop up in the hotel system but besides that I would use super travel to book again.

3. (Update, Super travel contacted me instructing me to email them about my issue, i emailed them about 2 weeks ago and i still haven't heard back)I had booked a hotel for overnight two weeks in advance without reading the reviews.

4. The only part of the app I don't like is that they ask for an optional "tip" at checkout for "helping you save money." lol As I said, it is optional, but still find it amusing and slightly annoying that they ask.Websites great, app sucks! I love the website, had great motel prices, and I use them all of the time.

5. This app continues to be the cheapest place to book our favorite hotels and each time I have called the hotel to make sure our reservation went through and each time it has.

6. Totals with taxes and fees on hotel results would be nice as well.Would be a 5 star rating if not for my recent issues! I was supposed to hear back from an amendment team days ago but I still have not.

7. I used my supercash card to pay for the booking and it seems that it would be easier for something like this to be resolved when I bank AND book through Super.

8. When I asked to be connected to someone else regarding my concerns, the last agent disconnected the chat!If you get the SuperCash account and use the card, it's got better benefits than most any premium credit card.

9. Takes forever to download , and half the time get kicked out all the way because it took too long to load, and sometimes even end up having to pay more because u only have a limited time for that price.

10. Works pretty much like the website except it doesn't show the total with taxes and fees above the Book Now button.

11. It would be nice to have this for better comparing prices between rooms instead of having to click book to see then backing up.

1. Fix Super.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Super.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Super.com App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Super.com" » Open Super.com - Save, Earn, Travel » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Super.com » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Super.com - Save, Earn, Travel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Super.com servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Super.com - Save, Earn, Travel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Super.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Super.com might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Super.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Super.com then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Super.com not working


2. Fix Super.com Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Super.com be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Super.com not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Super.com may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I accidentally purchased a week stay at the quality in downtown in victoria on the wrong dates...I booked an entire week and it is 1000 plus dollars. I rebooked for the week previous with you to fix it...the confirmation number for the proper dates so you know I still did business with you is B_5405105. The week I need refunded is B_5404983. Please return that wrong booking date to me? I am going to be going to that same hotel once a month for a week for the next 18 months for work, and I will use snapline every time if it is returned. Please cut me a break here?

  • Hello I booked this hotel though you for a good rate , an a good location, this hotel wasn’t what I expected also as I was about to enter my room their was a man out side that was asking if he could have my Panties do he could jack off with them , I called the lady up front she said she would move my rooms in the morning , once I went up there the other lady didn’t even know what I was talking about an really didn’t want me to move rooms , the area this hotel is in is by the college an around other nice hotels to have those types of people there an drugs heads isn’t what I expected I book 3nights though you guys an I’m very upset about this hotel , I payed for 3 nights damn awful hotel my number is +17622196834

  • Hello, last night I booked a room with a search for the dates 02/09/2021 - 02/10/2021 and purchased it. After reviewing the details I realized the dates had not changed and I inadvertently purchased the room from 02/08/2021-02/09/2021 which was last night. I had stayed there 02/06/2021 and had intended to stay again tonight 02/09. I went to modify the date to today and it wouldn’t let me so my card is charged
