I hope Tony reads this and reconsider...Booking a flight works fine, but in the several months that I've been using the app 1) I have NEVER been able to check in for the flight from the app (it doesn't work!), and 2) I ALWAYS have to change my phone number country code, my emergency contact's country code, AND my passport's issuing country because for some reason it stored it as Malaysia phone number and passport even though I've changed it in the settings more than once.Good app and service.

1. Fix AirAsia MOVE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AirAsia MOVE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AirAsia MOVE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AirAsia MOVE" » Open AirAsia MOVE: Flights & Hotels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AirAsia MOVE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AirAsia MOVE: Flights & Hotels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AirAsia MOVE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AirAsia MOVE: Flights & Hotels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AirAsia MOVE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AirAsia MOVE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AirAsia MOVE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AirAsia MOVE then reinstall.
