Why should I report an Issue with Photo vault - Hide photos?

Plz help me that what should I do to recover my old data in the same app that I have installed in my previous mobile..Great App, gave 4 stars though because sometimes the apps that i locked will be unlocked automatically, so i have to launch Vault again regularly for the lock to workI have Made premium purchase but yet I didn't get my old photo's back what the use of buying a premium pack when you can't give my photos that existed in your app kindly go through the issue and give the photo's or return back the money..!It worked well.

2. Great work.Great App! lets you lock applications so no-one can mess up your settings or install / uninstall / change anything you don't want others to mess with.

3. And app shall have option for hiding other app instead of only pin lock.It's been a great experience using this app.

4. But now I have installed it once again in my this mobile and I am just trying to recovery my that old data but it is not recovering.

1. Fix Photo vault Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo vault: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo vault App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo vault" » Open Photo vault - Hide photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo vault » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo vault - Hide photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo vault servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo vault - Hide photos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo vault app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo vault might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo vault. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo vault then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo vault not working

2. Fix Photo vault Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo vault be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo vault not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo vault may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
