You cannot exclude trains or any means of transportation, and since Pendeltåg in Sweden is not working since a year back, it's a big problem, so every trip i try to search for is incorrect and i cannot change any settings to correct this, so the app is more or less useless.This app does not work if you're a tourist, we had lots of problems, never worked and being like almost the only option in Stockholm to buy tickets (outside metro stations) was really frustrating, and why is not possible to pay with the same debit or credit card for more than one ticket on the bus?? Strange system.All SL documentation points to using the app to find an alternative route when something goes wrong, unfortunately it doesn't do that at all.

I love that you can see all the stops in this app, so no more going in the wrong direction!It is a good app, but it would be better if the notices for disruptions to service would be written in English, or provide users the opportunity to select their native language!It tried using this instead of a standard card for tickets (green card?), but the experience is terrible.
3. The app is also lacking a list of all routes and their stops (like a route timetable of sorts).The app "works" but has ALOT of issues.. some functions are nice, like paying for ticket and refilling your card.
4. In other countries they added a PayPal link as a workaround but essentially if you are not from Sweden this app is just wasting space on your phone.Totally essential for traveling in Stockholm! It's so easy and useful! Your ticket and travelplan all in one.
5. It is only possible to make one purchase with each credit or debit card added to the app.
6. The low reviews are spot on, sure the app loads fine but if you do not have a Swedish bank card, it will not accept it or process an order.
7. I'm not from Stockholm and normally don't use the subway, so when I do I'm often confused to which way the train is going, even if it's the right line, and occasionally I travel the wrong way before realizing my mistake.
8. The gates clearly have NFC capabilities because I can blip with my credit card or use Google Wallet.
9. Works on every mode of transport within the Stockholm region.There's a giant map in the main screen of the app... It does nothing.
10. Willing to upgrade the rating if NFC feature is added.The app is working flawlessly.
11. Instead there's a QR code that fails 50-70% of the time (probably due to the windows getting scratched up by constant tapping).
