1. Perhaps my tone trows off the software? Needs a little work... I might just opt for the more expensive device; being that I wanted this software for interacting with and training associates who speak languages other than Spanish and English.After contacting the manufacturer and getting a response, the device and app still don't work.

2. Just get Google Translate which is so much better.As per a lot of others, I only get "can't hear" response every time I try to say something into either my phone or the device while following instructions.

3. You basically have to uninstall this app and reinstall it several times before the app connects with the phone; only to discover on the next time you want to use the translator that the app is corrupted and does not open.

6. The advertising shows this device is the app, but it is all on your phone and it has to be connected to the internet.

9. So my full six points go to Google and their language translation programs.This product really works well just remember to enunciate and talk slowly.

1. Fix ME Translator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ME Translator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ME Translator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ME Translator" » Open ME Translator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ME Translator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ME Translator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ME Translator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ME Translator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ME Translator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ME Translator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ME Translator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ME Translator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ME Translator not working
