1. The ride wait times are not accurate at all! I do not recommend using this app to find the shortest ride times.haven't used the app yet but did notice additional game apps where installed along side it (Slotomania, Candy Crush etc).

2. Two good features are wait times for rides are fairly accurate and directions to any ride from anywhere in the park.Park map is nice.

3. I had two issues with this app: 1) it would occasionally tell me I had no internet connection even though I did, and 2) the ride list wouldn't stay current throughout the day, it would list all current rides at times and default to an outdated list at other times.

4. Cons- The ride list is not accurate, one of my favorite rides growing up was The Vortex, it's no longer there but its on the app ride list.

5. Ride times are only available in the park and the first time I used it, I couldn't find them.They just took several minutes to show up.

6. Seems like the only time it sort of works is if you log into their wifi network and when you do it constantly disconnects.They removed the main attraction list where you can select by height restriction.

7. Last year the app worked but several times actually routed me through an employee entrance which eventually goes under a ride.

8. A year later you have to create an email/password combo to see ride wait times.

9. Kings island makes to much money to have such a horrible app.Half the time doesn't work.

10. Some ride times are accurate, some are way off.

1. Fix Kings Island Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kings Island: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kings Island App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kings Island" » Open Kings Island » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kings Island » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kings Island app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kings Island servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kings Island" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kings Island app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kings Island might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kings Island. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kings Island then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kings Island not working

2. Fix Kings Island Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kings Island be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kings Island not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kings Island may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
