Why should I report an Issue with ZRX: Zombies Run + Marvel Move?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Six to Start to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The app tracks basic stats (distance, mile/km splits, avg speed, etc).I dont like how everytime the talking ends, my music stops and when I go back into my music app, the song I was listening to has been shut down and because of that I have to listen to a song I dont like as much.

And the monthly charge may not seem like much, but monthly charges at up which is why I would prefer just one flat-out fee far lower than the one-year fee that is suggested and for it to never repeat again.I was really looking forward to this since I love playing games and thought this would be an inspiring way to get some walking in every day.

It seems like it can't run properly in the background while other apps are running which is a big flaw, especially since I like to use this while hiking and also want to take photos.Pretty cool concept, but at the end of the day, you're still just running except that you have something laying out how far or for how long you should run.

4. There are tons of other stories to run with if you dont want zombies but who doesnt? The voice actors are great.

5. Maybe the atmosphere will stay better if you set up a special playlist of eerie, ominous zombie music 🤣 Because the music on my walking playlist kind of takes me out of the theme ;)Awesome App.

6. For some reason, whenever I close the app and navigate to anything else (like music, podcasts, camera, etc) it stops tracking my progress and i have to restart the mission.

7. I love the story and how it keeps you wanting to move, but I don't know if it's a glitch from the last update but I can't play the story clips after I'm done with the mission.

8. You should have one flat-out charge forever to upgrade to Pro, and then have different add ons that we can purchase so that we can customize what we get and not have to choose between paying a fairly large amount for a year of access to an app for craps sake, or a monthly charge.

9. However, I do love the incentive to run when I have the Zombie chases on, it gets me going and has helped to make much progress.it's a great app.

10. Being excited about episodes, theorizing about plot events, and keeping ourselves accountable has been as great thing for both of us.

11. IMO, the paid version is worth it — even after three years of running, I haven't had to repeat adventures.

1. Fix ZRX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ZRX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ZRX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZRX" » Open ZRX: Zombies Run + Marvel Move » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZRX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ZRX: Zombies Run + Marvel Move app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZRX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZRX: Zombies Run + Marvel Move" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ZRX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZRX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ZRX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZRX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZRX not working

2. Fix ZRX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZRX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZRX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZRX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
