1. Actually IMPOSSIBLE to connect a fitness tracker, as there IS NO DEVICE BUTTON anywhere on the homepage, let alone in the top right, contrary to what the support faqs tell you.This app sucks it doesn't give you any warning to reset your password then when I input forgot password it says it has been reset and is sending new password to my email but I never get an email ( Update !!! ) Deleted this app shortly after this review.

And everytime I try to contact customer support it says, "oops something went wrong" worst app ever.For those who can't connect their device like Google Fit for a Samsung Smart Watch, I just had to clear cache and cookies then I was able to go to settings and add a connected device successfully.

3. The functions are ok but the layout and navigation leave MUCH to be desired.Tracking is a confusing mess, hard to find goals that you are trying to track i.e. water 2x a week, when you want to track over tome rather than waiting for the card to rand9mly show up.

4. we will see when the next password update comes around what happens.Attempting to sign up results in errors, followed by the app claiming your email was already taken.

5. 11/10, great waste of my time, programmers 🙃I use this app for my job and everytime I comple a daily/weekly, or new challenges it doesn't get me my points it stays stuck at 2,490.

6. I couldn't tell you how fitness tracking works because it doesn't support Google Fit.

7. It keeps prompting me to connect a device but doesn't support Google Fit.

8. Restarting the app and attempting to sign up with "said taken email", refuses to use the password I entered.

9. They also claimed my company isn't enrolled in the app even though it was in the drop down menu, and when I clicked to reset my password, the app crashed.

10. There's no indication if an activity is "my choice" (I.E. it will be worthless for increasing points after a certain amount), and it's difficult to see if an activity has been completed already or not.

11. Almost all the graphics are replaced with generic patterns, and often activities won't load when you click on them.I have to use it for work to reduce my insurance premium.

1. Fix Limeade ONE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Limeade ONE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Limeade ONE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Limeade ONE" » Open Limeade ONE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Limeade ONE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Limeade ONE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Limeade ONE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Limeade ONE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Limeade ONE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Limeade ONE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Limeade ONE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Limeade ONE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Limeade ONE not working

2. Fix Limeade ONE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Limeade ONE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Limeade ONE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Limeade ONE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
