1. Well, I had just made an important call, and Bam! call was disconnected as other party answered, this app took credit that they disconnected my call if I didn't tell them show ID on home screen, disgusting, you caused hang up call due to that.

2. Update the Simpler Caller ID App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simpler Caller ID" » Open Simpler Caller ID - Contacts and Dialer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simpler Caller ID » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simpler Caller ID - Contacts and Dialer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simpler Caller ID servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simpler Caller ID - Contacts and Dialer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simpler Caller ID app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simpler Caller ID might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simpler Caller ID. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simpler Caller ID then reinstall.
