1. This one also interfaces with your contacts and call history, but again, it does not actually conduct the call, rather just signalling your phone what to do to place it.Feature Requests: 1).

2. Biggest downfall of this app, and why 4 of 5 stars is that I cannot seem to access call details (length of call) but rather only the time the call started.Still uses the same default software when actually placing a call.

3. I'm tired of annoying pop ups on my phone screen when people call that I can't disable without going to dnd.Only been using it for a few days.

1. Fix Easy Phone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Easy Phone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Easy Phone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Easy Phone" » Open Easy Phone: Dialer & Caller ID » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Easy Phone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Easy Phone: Dialer & Caller ID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Easy Phone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Easy Phone: Dialer & Caller ID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Easy Phone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Easy Phone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Easy Phone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Easy Phone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Easy Phone not working

2. Fix Easy Phone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Easy Phone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Easy Phone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Easy Phone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
