1. On the home page.Terrible. I have tried to load my 3d images and nothing... Ever.Ok to use to view models on the Chromebook but controls were definently made for mobile phonesIt seems that the app is unable to load any files bigger than 100MB.

2. Good potential but needs improvement.This app is good, views models at high quality with dynamic lighting, not raytracing but something simular, which makes the model look even better.

3. Doesn't load any 3d file.Why do the textures not load? And.. More importantly.. Why can't I get a full model?? Every time I import a model in this app, it becomes unfinished.

4. Also, please add an intent so models can be opened from file managers.Nice update! wish there was a button for import model and another next to that holds a gallery of your imported 3d model's.

5. By that I mean, pieces of the model are missing, example being when I want to study splatoon models, parts of them disappear.

6. I can't really code so my words likely mean nothing but cmon, at least make it work!!Fails to load my projects in .dae. It will load my .obj but wont recognize the textures.

8. I've only given it 4 stars because there is no way to remove ads! Plus, it is locked in portrait (please enable reverse portrait as well, as many must hold their devices upside down).

9. But when I put on stereoscopic feature it's in portrait mode and I couldn't change it, vr mode needs to be in landscape.

10. It need some options for preview like pan, zoom and rotate for fine tuning when inspecting details.

1. Fix 3D Model Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 3D Model Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 3D Model Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "3D Model Viewer" » Open 3D Model Viewer - OBJ/STL/DAE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 3D Model Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 3D Model Viewer - OBJ/STL/DAE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 3D Model Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "3D Model Viewer - OBJ/STL/DAE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 3D Model Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 3D Model Viewer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 3D Model Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 3D Model Viewer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 3D Model Viewer not working

2. Fix 3D Model Viewer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 3D Model Viewer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 3D Model Viewer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 3D Model Viewer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
