Why should I report an Issue with Builder3D - 3D Modeling App?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Keep up the good work!While it might be fun for some to stretch and twist and make different shapes I see no way to use the app to Aid in building ideas for I see no way to add square or round objects two other objects such as the shape of a 2 x 4 to other shapes and then to pylon one on top of another for DIY self ideas and Creations, this app not helpful, uninstalling.The UI seems intuitive and well done, performance is smooth but there needs to be some interactive tutorials.

2. Maybe if you can add subdivision function, i will pay for this appI truly do love the app beside the cashes..3 things I wish: 1- stylus support (I'm on a note10+) 2- bevel tool 3- quick way to render a still frame with alpha (screenshot png with matte would be enough).

3. It generally harder than what they would want you to believe there is no way to copy your items anymore, that i can find, this would be a great app if I were able to actually use it for its intended purposes but at this point only do the basic small shapes without editing.

4. If somebody wanted to do low-poly/basic shape modeling this is a great tool on the fly.I kept running into a problem with totorial was not the same as the version that's currently available the instructions are hard to follow.

5. When this is fixed it will be actually very useable app for 3D.Awesome 3D Modeling App Very nice.... i love it... Easy to understand and use , nice UI Please add face operations like Inset , bevel, and etc.

1. Fix Builder3D Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Builder3D: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Builder3D App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Builder3D" » Open Builder3D - 3D Modeling App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Builder3D » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Builder3D - 3D Modeling App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Builder3D servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Builder3D - 3D Modeling App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Builder3D app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Builder3D might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Builder3D. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Builder3D then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Builder3D not working

2. Fix Builder3D Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Builder3D be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Builder3D not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Builder3D may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
