2. Otherwise, a great app once you've bought it to remove the ads :)This one app is real FUN, there's a day challenge that we get random Dumbbells workout and have many variations, never get bored of it.
3. Beside that, there's more focus training, but I like the days CHALLENGE in this apps, real fun, but yeah, it's hard to see what Muscle that you focused with this challengeI like the free customization of exercises.
4. The layout is terrible and the function of the app matches it, but the actual content is free and useful.Text sometimes goes off the screen so you can't see it all.
5. There's are some bugs and glitches though.great app, lets you build custom workouts and a every move is given a great description.
6. The only thing I would suggest is that it ought to have a reps and sets option rather than just time limits.
7. However the app is just plain broken in half of it with boxes not in the correct places, buttons about 1 pixel big and buttons underneath my phones on screen home buttons.
8. One small thing, the sitting dumbbell curls are illustrated as alternating, however counted as an isolated arm exercise.
9. But I would suggest, instead of the time limit per exersizes, rather use SETS AND Reps that can also be customized.
10. Just means you get to do twice as many curls though... so that's not bad.Great workout from home.
11. Could also do with the English checking over because some of it seems like it has been translated from another language and doesn't really make sense.
