Lightspeed Pocket (S) Customer Insights

1. Save the time customer service, I have no interest in receiving " trouble shooting tips".Do yourselves a favor and get your act together.Totally a waste of time to call for help regarding the Clock Punch Error message.

2. Their so-called 24hr support is a complete waste of time and ALWAYS tries to point the finger at ones network, ones router, etc (even when the speed tests are within their requirements).

3. Update: If I could upload snapshots of me requesting cancellation I would, as I have previous communicated with their support email and they refused to cancel after my year contract.Constant crashes.

4. I am currently working with my state atterney general to investigate them as they refused to cancel my service and have been charging me for a canceled service for over half a year.

5. Their customer support is an outsourced, and scripted, waste of time.

6. Shopkeep please fix it or you will loose my business......So been using this system for years.

7. Going to squareI'm leaving a review here, because it seems they turned off reviews on their main page, likely due to numerous terrible reviews.

8. We replaced our entire network in an effort to get the register system to work better, no change.

9. Find a system that actually cares about its customers.This used to be a great app to keep track of my businesses sales on my days off.

11. I have contacted support many times for them to say "cannot get it to duplicate." Funny worked before.. They then try every excuse in the handbook of screen scripting there is.

  4. Check Lightspeed Pocket (S) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lightspeed Pocket (S) might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Lightspeed Pocket (S). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lightspeed Pocket (S) then reinstall.
