1. Then I wasn't getting ANY! It's as useless as Point Pick UpSince the tech department has so many issues everytime they "update" or try to improve the app that they cost shoppers orders and time.

So, since it is a critical component, I have it 3 starsI really enjoy shopping and interacting with the customers, but the new system they have where you have to put yourself on the schedule to see whats available in your area, and not being able to see things beyond that time frame is frustrating.

3. They hide information on the order before you accept it, trick you into taking trash customers who don't tip, then don't even give you the option to remove that customer for future orders.

4. No app is perfect, but this one is worth the time! (@ least in my area)I've been doing delivery gigs for almost every company for years now.

5. After the introductory stage, every time I got a notification for an order offer & went to the app, it wouldn't be there.

6. Good riddance Shipt.I've been a shopper for quite some time now on Shipt.

7. It's not worth the time and effort put in just to try and get an order.For the most part the app works well.

8. Time is money, and that really slows me down and messes up communication with the customer....which they rate us on.

9. Connection issues, app glitches, rude customers..comes with thr territory! Fyi if your app won't scan an item and the screen is XL it is connection issue.

10. Order sabotaging & more work using the app then actual shopping! 😡App is waaaaay to buggy.

11. Unfortunately I had to drop a few because they were for stores & delivery locations that were on the other side of town from where I was at the time.

1. Fix Shipt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shipt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shipt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shipt" » Open Shipt: Deliver & Earn Money » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shipt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shipt: Deliver & Earn Money app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shipt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shipt: Deliver & Earn Money" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shipt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shipt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shipt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shipt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shipt not working

2. Fix Shipt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shipt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shipt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shipt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
