1. Theres been several occasions now that the app decided to crash when I was midway thru submitting a shop report, which in turn, all my previous data entered into the report was lost!I like the concept but the app doesn't work.

2. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT OVER A MONTH TO BE PAID FOR MY COMPLETED ASSIGNMENTS! GAS PRICES...I LOST MONEY!I live in a small city in western NY, so there are almost no shopper opportunities around here - not even in a 100 mile radius.

3. I think a master list with all the apps available shops would be better.I love the ShopperHub company in itself however, their app listed here... is anything but up to par(in my humble opinion anyhow).

4. Which is great! I had look forward to my assignments but cuz I missed a few assignments and wasn't able to reschedule or contact help due to my phone being destroyed they removed me immediately.

5. I tried to check end but did not understand how so I emailed David with a "HELP"..I waited but no answer..emaiIed with I'm going in.

6. Then I found I could not add text to the surveyI emailed him again asking for help..no answer..I did find a way to complete it and along with a photo sent it in.

7. Maybe this is already implemented but I would suggest a notification to those who live in an area when a new shop come available.Marginally ok.

8. You do not have that option and have to take a photo and then upload.I wouldnt recommend this app to anyone! They require quite a bit of detail & observation when going into certain stores.

9. Maybe I'm missing it?love using the app as I can easily input the shop immediately afterwards.

10. If you're in or near a more populated region, your experience should be different.I signed up for an assignment, which did not describe the parking conditions there, like there is none, I had to park blocks away.

11. When I choose the date and hit the request shop button it doesn't really do anything.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ShopperHub App Issues

1. Fix ShopperHub App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ShopperHub App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ShopperHub App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ShopperHub App" » Open ShopperHub App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ShopperHub App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ShopperHub App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ShopperHub App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ShopperHub App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ShopperHub App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ShopperHub App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ShopperHub App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ShopperHub App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ShopperHub App not working


2. Fix ShopperHub App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ShopperHub App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ShopperHub App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ShopperHub App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
