1. Only traind users may experience this app as useful app- I think so .used to work great but for reasons unknown my password doesn't work for some reason or the app doesn't work and I cannot log inCan't access my photos , tried my password lots of times , there is no link for recovery !!I think it's hacking app .

I wish I could retrieve my things I stored inside the app...Hey I downloaded your app scalc when I hide pics a few days a go from than I don't know what happened but the private camera roll pics are not opening everytime I am clicking on that the app just get closed please tell me what do I do and if I uninstall it the images will go please give me a solution asap! even I can't reach to u through email as it is shown that it's wrongIt worked for a little while then booted me off and won't let me log in anymore.

All those pics are now lostUSELESS FOR UNTRAINED USERS:- This app has stickers or not,this can give a positive impact in user's life or not , users can use this app as memoribilia (connected to users past life events or scrapbook) or not and photos can be collected or arranged secreatly by users or not ,all are unknown to users because this app is extremely hard to use and undarstand.

4. Is there a way to change your password or another way to open it somehow?!?!? May as well of just used my secret folder app! Not happy at all!!!This app worked well for a few months, but suddenly it stopped working.

5. I can still view photos that are already there, but I can no longer add new ones.I forgot my password and how to get inside my app to access my photos and documents.

6. Password still worked fine but my gallery...all pictures and videos were gone.

7. Sad.This app used to work fine with my password but now I can no longer open it.

8. I have a lot of photos & information on it that I need & can no longer access.

9. Thought it might be temporary, but no, it's stopped working completely.

1. Fix Secret Photo Album Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Secret Photo Album: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Secret Photo Album App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Secret Photo Album" » Open Secret Photo Album: Photo Vaul » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Secret Photo Album » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Secret Photo Album: Photo Vaul app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Secret Photo Album servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Secret Photo Album: Photo Vaul" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Secret Photo Album app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Secret Photo Album might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Secret Photo Album. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Secret Photo Album then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Secret Photo Album not working

2. Fix Secret Photo Album Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Secret Photo Album be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Secret Photo Album not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Secret Photo Album may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
